ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
Each garment is crafted specifically for you! Before completing your order, you will be prompted to enter your basic measurements. A comprehensive size chart, along with measuring instructions, is available on every product page. If you require assistance with sizing, please contact us at hello@tangowithlove.com.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our products are made from carefully selected, high-quality stretch fabrics. To maintain the elasticity and vibrant colors of your garment, we recommend treating all stretch fabrics as delicate. For best results:
- Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Lay flat to dry.
- Avoid ironing or dry cleaning.
For dresses adorned with sequins, stones, appliqués, or hardware, spot cleaning and gentle hand washing is recommended.
FULLY CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Fully customized orders include:
- Special instructions beyond our standard drop-down options.
- Measurements that fall 1 inch outside of our size chart (including long/short torso adjustments).
- All performance dresses, which require additional measurements after an order is placed.
Customized orders require 6 weeks for processing once all specifications are finalized. For inquiries, please contact us at hello@tangowithlove.com before placing your order. Fully customized orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
TEAM APPAREL
We specialize in team dresses for competitions and special events. Processing time is 6-8 weeks after all measurements have been finalized. For special pricing and details, please reach out to hello@tangowithlove.com.
SALE ITEMS
Throughout the year, we offer exclusive event sales. Sale prints and silhouettes are all created made to measure and follow the same process as regular sale priced item. All sale items are final sale.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.
We take pride in providing a one-of-a-kind shopping experience and strive for customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges or store credit.
- Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting hello@tangowithlove.com.
- Exchanges or remakes are available for regular-priced apparel within 3 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all tags attached.
- Items received defective or in error are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on alterations, remakes, or exchanges.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Expedited orders with Express Overnight Shipping are given priority to meet customer deadlines.
- Standard order processing takes 4-6 weeks after finalizing measurements.
- Orders placed Friday through Sunday are typically processed the following Monday.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive a notification from Tango With Love with an update on shipping.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California. Please look for your tracking information in a separate Email.
We offer standard FREE SHIPPING to the 48 contiguous states. We use USPS standard and UPS Ground to ship orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS–Flat Rate fee for Priority Mail Air (USPS)7-10 days
TAXES & DUTIES–INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Asia, Latin America.
Returned orders from EU follow proper Customs regulations. Orders returned due to unclaimed, incorrect addresses will not get refunded shipping charges.
Tango With Love is not responsible for LOST/THEFT/UNCLAIMED items once order is shipped. Customers are responsible for All return shipping charges. Any package returned unclaimed will be refunded minus shipping charges
