Anna Radzikowska is a Poland native who currently resides in Los Angeles and has graced the Tango dance floors all over  California as a social dancer and competitor.  Having an extensive background in Fashion Styling, our model and muse, Anna is not new to modeling!  I was ecstatic to have her help with the styling and art direction of this season’s photo shoot.  Her charming, fiery personality and dramatic energy connected perfectly with this Winter’s 2018 “Wonderland” Collection.

YOUR TANGO JOURNEY:  My girlfriend wanted to meet a guy and thought that Salsa and Argentine Tango classes would be the right place to meet Mr. Right.  As a professional ballet dancer I was absolutely thrilled to explore new dance pastures!  I went with her as a chaperone but Salsa didn’t create as much emotion. Tango, on the other hand, touched the right strings for my soul to sing.  I’ve been hooked ever since!

WHAT IS YOUR FASHION STYLE ON THE DANCE FLOOR?
Depends on my mood. I like eclectic style in general, mixing patterns, colours and textures. I love having fun with fashion.

TANGO PET PEEVE?
Letting go and patience.

WHAT DRIVES YOU TO KEEP DANCING?
The mystery of embrace and the bliss of connection. Tango is a dance with the endless room to learn and that is so addicting.

Por La Vuelta- Basso Ruiz. I love melodic Tangos.

FEMALE TANGO DANCER INSPIRATION
Oh this is a difficult one. There is many tango goddesses that inspire me in different ways. I love to study elegant moves of Roxana Suarez and Maria Inez Bogado. Playfulness of Josefina Bermudez Avilla and Juana Sepulveda. Drama and passion of Natalia Hills, Romina Levin and Gimena Herrera.
